'NUCCIO ART' defends the consumer's rights and interest respecting the set of rules guaranteeing:
-    clear conditions of purchase
-    withdrawal right

Purchase made at 'NUCCIO ART' is subjected to the set of rules regarding withdrawal right (According to art. 5 Executive Order n. 185/1999). Withdrawal right can be claimed only within 10 days from receipt of the goods.

The consumer claiming his withdrawal right must:
A - send a registered letter proving the receipt of the goods and a written declaration asserting the costumer's will of profiting by the Executive Order n. 50 - 15th January 1992 - within 10 days from the receipt of the goods.

B - alternatively, the consumer can send an ordinary-rate telegram to or fax 'NUCCIO ART' - fax number +39 06 2571288 - within 10 days from the receipt of the goods, reporting what above said. In both cases the refusal must be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours after faxing or sending the telegram.

In any case, refusal notice must be sent to NUCCIO ART, via Roviano, 34/36 - 00171 Roma - Italy. Refusal notice is to be considered valid if delivered to post office within 10 days. Indication of item must be included in the refusal notice. Order number and personal bank reference - bank, agency number and checking account number - also must be included in the refusal notice. It must finally be signed by the same person drawing up the contract.

Once we receive a refusal notice, we will tell our customer how to send the items back to us. In this case the costumer must only pay for the necessary delivery expenses. Goods are to be sent back intact and wrapped in the original packaging. Goods will be checked at arrival and, in case of damage, refund will not be provided.

A sale contract between customers and NUCCIO ART is made in Italy and regulated by the Italian Law.
